This owner-builder contracted Pacificland to do all concrete work for his new home addition. Our crew graded, excavated foundations, formed, installed rebar reinforcement, and poured a new slab for their home.
The owner also wanted stucco coated cmu block walls and a new patio extending from his existing garage.

This has been one of the largest projects we have taken. We were the prime contractors building this custom home in Manhattan Beach, CA. Its architectural design was interesting and very modern.
