The owner of this home contacted us to create more privacy in their front yard without sacrificing the look of their home.  Our workers created a CMU block wall with a stucco finish topped off with grey stepstone caps.

Our workers also created CMU block pilasters with stepstone caps at the entrances of the home; however, rather than having a stucco finish, the home owner decided to use stone veneer on the pilasters, giving the home a vintage look.

The smooth stucco finish used on the walls gives a modern look to the home while increasing the privacy of the homeowners at the same time.

The addition of the block wall is not only an upgrade to the privacy of the home, but the value as well.
