We take pride in all our work and believe honest business is the best business. The contractor who built the existing wall did not believe that. Upon demolishing an existing CMU wall we found out cells were not grouted. This is an unsafe practice used by unlicensed contractors that steal money from owners by not giving them quality work.

With time a gradual crack began to show and we were called to repair it. We installed vertical and horizontal steel reinforcement and grouted this CMU wall solid. Since this home is located on an intersection it is particularly important to do this. Reckless drivers will plow through an ungrouted wall and cause a lot of damage.
